MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441014206 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 27, 2024, for 'shopping mart management system.'

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 29, under issue no. 35/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A shopping mart management system, comprising a cuboidal shaped rack 1 having multiple compartments 2 assembled at entrance of a store, multiple cameras 3 installed at different locations inside the store determining location of a user along with location of user specified products, a secondary RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) scanner 4 assembled on an inverted U-shaped structure 5 for scanning tags, an alarming unit 6 installed inside the store alerting concern person regarding unbilled products, a user equipment 7 associated with the system and assembled with a display unit 8 to enable user's input details and a primary RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) scanner 9 assembled on each of the equipment scanning tags of products."
