According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a set determination method and apparatus and a communication apparatus and a storage medium. In the present disclosure a terminal can determine a cell set to which a first cell belongs and the terminal can determine that MC DCI for scheduling multiple cells in the cell set has the same size such that blind detection can be performed according to the same size thereby reducing the number of DCI sizes that need to be considered in a blind detection process and facilitating a reduction in the complexity of blind detection."
