MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411018959 A) filed by Ashish Padia, Sonipat, Haryana, on March 15, 2024, for 'self-adhering two-ply snapped bowl and a method of manufacturing thereof.'

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention provides a self-adhering two-ply snapped bowl and a method of manufacturing thereof comprising of: an inner metal layer 101, an outer plastic layer 102, and an anti-skid rubber/ TPE 103 attached to the bonded to the bowl's underside with a clearance from the periphery 3(c), internal cavity 107, an annulus form elastomer layer 302, shiny 102 and matte 301 finish plastic layer, insertion structure at the top edge 201 of plastic bowl, peripheral fillet 104, internal rectangular protrusion 106. The bowl incorporates an internal void 107 delimited by the juxtaposed outer and inner bodies, and this void 107 exhibit potential for thermal insulation. The non-skid layer is bonded to the bowl's base with a defined clearance from the edge and the fillet is provided on the bottom edge of the plastic layer and in the inner metal bowl 104 where the inner steel walls adjoin the base."
