MUMBAI, India, April 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621022952 A) filed by Ansicht Voneden, Satara, Maharashtra, on Feb. 26, for 'segregated thermally distinct phytopharmaceutical formulations for dual-phase controlled delivery via mist and vapor.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Ajinkya Inamdar.
The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The instant disclosure provides structured multi-indication, sudation, inhalation and transdermal permeation compatible phytopharmaceutical formulations configured for mist-compatible and aerosolized inhalation-support exposure. The formulations comprise (i) a core Ayurvedic herb complex, (ii) at least one functional or volatile addition including phytochemical or mucolytic components, (iii) a neuro-protective buffer selected to support autonomic stability, and (iv) a surfactant-compatible matrix comprising poloxamer 188, lecithin, nano-emulsifying oils, or natural lung-surfactant compatible molecules. The instant disclosure provides ready-to-mist extract concentrates dilutable in normal saline, as well as capsule, infusion unit, and bulk powder formats. Lipophilic constituents including essential oils are stabilized in aqueous media through nano-emulsified systems to enable homogeneous misting or aerosolization. The platform bridges traditional herbal vapor practices with structured inhalation-compatible formulation science and supports respiratory comfort, autonomic modulation, inflammatory balance, metabolic support, immune modulation, and sleep-associated relaxation through standardized exposure modalities."
