MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511105648 A) filed by Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, on Oct. 31, 2025, for 'secured garment and valuables management system for closets.'
Inventor(s) include Krishna Nandan.
The application for the patent was published on Dec. 12, under issue no. 50/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A secured garment and valuables management system for closets comprises of a conveyer 101 installed on a ceiling portion of a compartment 102 of a closet 103 to store garments over multiple retractable hangers 104 assembled over the conveyer 101 in accordance to user input via a display panel 105 mounted on the closet 103, an imaging unit 106 mounted in the closet 103 to monitor the garments hanging for executing operation of dispensing a pressurized steam from a chamber 109 configured with sprayer 108 over the garments to remove any wrinkles, deodorize and disinfect the garments, a color sensor 111 installed in the compartment 102 for detecting changes in color intensity of the garments for segregating dirty garments in a container installed inside the compartment 102, a RFID 113 based safe compartment 112 installed within the closet 103, for storing valuables authorized by an imaging camera 114."
