According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention provides an integrated system (101) for secure and verifiable legal notice delivery and verification. The system includes a central server (113) that manages delivery logistics, encrypts and decrypts legal notices, and hosts a blockchain logging module (106) for immutable recording of delivery events. The hybrid delivery network comprises unmanned aerial vehicle drone units (102) and GPS-enabled human courier devices (103) configured to securely transport encrypted legal notices. Biometric smart lockers (104) and courier devices are equipped with biometric scanners (107) for mandatory recipient verification at the point of delivery. A court server API gateway (109) facilitates secure, real-time transmission of immutable delivery verification records to authorized judicial servers. The blockchain ensures tamper-proof logging of GPS data, timestamps, biometric verification, and custody handovers. Successful recipient authentication triggers instant generation of legally admissible proof of service (110). A mobile (114) supports recipient notification, biometric enrollment, delivery tracking, and guided courier."
