MUMBAI, India, March 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514076332 A) filed by Aesc Japan Ltd., Kanagawa, Japan, on Aug. 11, 2025, for 'secondary battery, battery pack and electronic apparatus.'

The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A secondary battery, battery pack and electronic apparatus are provided. The secondary battery (100) includes a housing (200) including an end wall (111) having a first assembly hole (1110) and a side wall (112) surrounding the end wall; inner plastic (30) contacting surface of the end wall facing an inner portion of the housing and having a second assembly hole (300) corresponding to the first assembly hole; and an electrode terminal (50) including a post portion (51) and an inner flange (52). The post portion (51) passes through the first assembly hole (1110) and the second assembly hole (300). The inner flange (52) is connected to one end of the post portion located inside the housing and clamps the inner plastic together with the end wall. In a thickness direction of the inner plastic, the inner plastic is provided with a through channel (35) passing through the inner plastic itself."
