Inventor(s) include Philippe, Antoine; and Delanoe, Sebastien.

The application for the patent was published on June 13, under issue no. 24/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a sealed and thermally insulating tank arranged in a supporting structure for containing a fluid. The sealed membrane comprises a plurality of strakes (40, 41) which are made of an alloy with a low coefficient of expansion and are parallel to the first direction, the strakes comprising a plurality of cut-out strakes (41) which provide a window in line with the interruption zone. A through-element (6) is arranged through the tank wall, so that the through-element (6) passes through the thermally insulating barrier in an interruption zone and through the sealed membrane, the through-element (6) comprising a sealed plate (9) at the same level as the upper surface of the insulating panels, the thermally insulating barrier comprising at least one filling panel which is arranged in the interruption zone around the through-element (6) and is anchored against the supporting wall, at least one closing sheet (31) extending the sealed membrane until the sealed plate (9)."

The patent application was internationally filed on Oct. 04, 2023, under International application No.PCT/EP2023/077484.
