MUMBAI, India, June 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202417067566 A) filed by Constin Gmbh, Berlin, on Sept. 6, 2024, for 'scooter-type vehicle with optimised loading space.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a vehicle (1) based on a vehicle concept relating to a scooter-type vehicle, with or without track width, having a vehicle longitudinal axis, a vehicle frame (1.1), a foot space (11) and a stowage space (9.2) below a seat apparatus (9). The vehicle is characterised in that the foot space (11) comprises a usable surface (13) which extends under the seat apparatus (9) and delimits the bottom of a stowage space (9.2) below the seat apparatus (9). The foot space (11) is connected to the stowage space (9.2) via an opening (15) which has a predetermined opening profile."
