MUMBAI, India, April 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641043465 A) filed by Sr University, Warangal, Telangana, on April 6, for 'scalable hybrid intelligence system and method for low-latency transaction risk assessment using behavioural, device, and network signals.'

Inventor(s) include Hari Pawana Paniprasad N; and Dr. K Venkatesh.

The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention demonstrates the presence of scalable hybrid intelligence system and strategy of the low-latency measurement of transaction risk on the basis of the combination of behavioral, device, and network signals. The edges in the system architecture are made to perform signal acquisition in order to perform first feature extraction and normalization to reduce the size of data transmission payloads and latency. The signals are then run through a hybrid fusion engine in a cloud environment which uses an ensemble of supervised and unsupervised machine learning models to produce a detailed risk score in real time environment. The system eliminates account takeover, bots and advanced spoofing attack on accounts through micro-behavioral patterns, hardware-level integrity, and network telemetry to secure the system. The architecture will be asynchronous and in-memory processing with high scaled fault tolerant to achieve high volume of transactions without any damage to user experience. The system is also required to have dynamic weighting system and explainability module that can ensure adaptive and transparent risk-based decisions in different digital environments."
