According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A satellite communication method and a device, relating to the technical field of satellite communications. In the method, when a first satellite enters a first service area, a core-network network element sends a connection establishment request message to a spaceborne device of the first satellite, or the spaceborne device sends a connection establishment request message to the core-network network element; and when the first satellite leaves the first service area, the core-network network element sends a connection release request message to the spaceborne device of the first satellite, or the spaceborne device sends a connection release request message to the core-network network element. The core-network element or the spaceborne device can initiate a connection establishment or release process with the spaceborne device on the satellite when the satellite enters or leaves a certain service area, so that the connection between the spaceborne device on the satellite and the core-network network element can be dynamically managed on the basis of the motion of the satellite or the location change of the satellite."
