According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "In an increasingly connected world, it is becoming a challenge for local communities to stay engaged and effectively exchange resources. This paper proposes a complete framework for the development of a community management platform that can combine digital networking, local commerce and service facilitation to improve neighborhood interactions. The platform helps people in the community to interact with one another, find out what is going on in the area, search for and use basic services, and participate in a digital market specifically for the community. The platform enhances the social and economic exchange between the members of a given area through features like community forums, hyperlocal service marketplaces, bill payments, and direct messaging. Furthermore, the marketplace module helps the users to trade with one another, thus supporting the small business and vendors in the local economy. The system also implements the secure digital transactions to simplify the fmancial transactions such as maintenance fees and vendor payment to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness. This study is based on the current literature on community-driven digital networks and hyperlocal e-commerce to identify the design principles, technological infrastructure, and socio-economic impact of such a platform. This model, therefore, presents a viable and - ' Cll scalable solution of enhancing digital community engagement and sustainable urban C) ~ living by strengthening neighborhood ties and local economic activity."
