Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Salt Of Benzo-Nitrogen Heteroaromatic Ring Derivative, Crystalline Form, And Pharmaceutical Use Thereof' Filed by Haisco Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd.

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517079693 A) filed by Haisco Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd., Zedang, China, on Aug. 22, for 'salt of benzo-nitrogen heteroaromatic ring derivative, crystalline form, and pharmaceutical use thereof.'

Inventor(s) include Gong, Zheng; Wang, Chengtao; Jiang, Qi; Fan, Jiang; and Dou, Ying.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a pharmaceutically acceptable succinic acid salt of a compound as shown in formula (I) or a stereoisomer of the compound, a crystalline form, a preparation method, a pharmaceutical composition thereof, and a use in preparation of a drug for treating diseases related to the activity or expression level of a complement factor B."
