According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A safety system for vehicular traffic control comprises plurality of hump-shaped structure 1 associated with the system and developed to be installed on roads equidistance from each other for regulating speed of vehicles moving on the roads, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 2 installed on each of the structure 1 for capturing multiple images, plurality of hydraulically operated pins 3 installed on the structure 1 for creating a barrier, plurality of proximity sensors integrated on the structure 1 for monitoring distance of approaching vehicles, plurality of motorized hinge joints 4 configured in between each of the pins 3 and structure 1 to tilt and position the pins 3, a RADAR gun mapped on the structure 1 for monitoring speed of approaching vehicles, a motorized iris pore 5 juxtapositioned the pins 3 to open for allowing flow of oobleck fluid, and a color sensor monitors color of traffic light."
