MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511125424 A) filed by Omega Seiki Private Limited, New Delhi, on Dec. 11, 2025, for 'safety-integrated vehicle cabin partition system.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A safety-integrated vehicle cabin partition system, comprises of a grooved frame 101 installed between a pair of B-pillars and a roof of a vehicle cabin, a partition panel 102 configured to be optically adjustable for controlling optical permeability of the panel 102, a pair of actuating means 201 for enabling synchronized upward or downward deployment of the panel 102, a sensor suite to detect environmental, safety, and user-interaction parameters, a control unit operatively linked with the sensor suite, configured to dynamically adjust operation of the panel 102 based on real-time sensor data, a secondary vertical cuboidal cabinet 113 housing an extendable cascading plate 114 configured to extend or retract for forming temporary transparent or opaque partitions along the door regions, and a machine learning-based passenger identification module to capture and process the passenger facial data using trained machine learning protocols, and dynamically output relevant identification and route information."
