According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A safety and travelling device for scalable buildings comprises of a mounting frame 1 having a plurality of sliding frame members 2 enabling the mounting of the device on parallel wall surfaces having varying distances with respect to each other, a vacuum suction member is provided on each sliding frame member for preventing the slippage of the mounting frame from the surfaces, a roller 3 actuated by a chute motor attached across a chute frame 4 having telescopic frame pipes 5 with hinged connections for containing a chute fabric in a rolled manner to store and deployment of the chute, a smoke sensor and a heat sensor connected to the processor are on the mounting frame for alerting a user against unsafe deployment and suggesting a favorable deployment site."
