According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided is a saddle-ride vehicle in which workability at the time of fastening is easily improved and a rear fender and peripheral portions of the rear fender are easily assembled to a vehicle body frame. A saddle-ride vehicle includes: a rear frame (20); and a rear fender structure (50), the rear fender structure (50) includes a taillight (53) and a rear blinker (54) at a rear portion, and includes a front-side fastening portion (74), which comes into contact with a frame-side fastening portion (42) from below, at a front portion, a rear end stay (43) having a vertical width decreasing toward a rear side is provided at a rear end of the rear frame (20), the rear fender structure (50) includes a tunnel portion (100) formed in a tunnel shape opening forward and covering the rear end stay (43) from above, below, left, and right, and having an opening cross-sectional area of the tunnel shape increasing toward a front side, and the rear end stay (43) and the tunnel portion (100) are provided with a fastening portion to which a fastening member is fastened."
