MUMBAI, India, June 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202414084759 A) filed by Saurer Spinning Solutions Gmbh & Co. Kg, Ubach-Palenberg, Germany, on Nov. 5, 2024, for 'rotor and textile machine.'

In order to improve flexibility of use, increase the stability of the rotors and reduce the consumption of resources, it is provided that the rotor for a textile machine, in particular a rotor spinning machine, comprises a rotor base that is formed in one piece with a groove, wherein the rotor wall and the rotor base are separate components and wherein the rotor wall and the rotor base are arranged relative to one another in such a way that the fiber slip surface opens into the groove."
