The application for the patent was published on Feb. 6, under issue no. 06/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An AI-driven mental health support system has been proposed in the present invention to provide real-time, continuous, and holistic care. Users interact via web or mobile interfaces through text, voice, mood check-ins, and journaling, which are analyzed by transformer-based NLP models and a Large Language Model (LLM) to assess emotional state, behavioural patterns, and suicide risk. The platform integrates personalized interventions, including CBT/DBT micro-exercises, mindfulness, yoga, pranayama, and peer support, alongside scheduling access to therapists or wellness coaches. Multi-source biofeedback from wearables and user inputs informs dynamic mood scoring and early-warning detection. In high-risk scenarios, the system triggers multi-tiered crisis protocols, notifying emergency contacts and certified professionals. ROPAN also offers multilingual support, secure multi-channel communication, adaptive therapy paths, and continuous learning while maintaining stringent data privacy in compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and India's DPDP Act. By combining AI, traditional wellness practices, and professional oversight, ROPAN provides proactive mental health monitoring, crisis prevention, and long-term emotional support."
