MUMBAI, India, June 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517037242 A) filed by Lg Energy Solution, Ltd., Seoul, Republic of Korea, on April 17, for 'rolling device and rolling method for manufacturing electrode.'
Inventor(s) include Choi, Hongjun; Choi, Kyuhyun; Seol, Jeong Soo; Kong, Jinhak; Song, Won Seob; and Chung, Changkwon.
The application for the patent was published on June 13, under issue no. 24/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A rolling device for manufacturing an electrode, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a rolling member for rolling an electrode substrate while the electrode substrate passes; and an uncoated portion stretching member for additionally stretching an uncoated portion of the electrode substrate that has passed through the rolling member, wherein the relative position of the uncoated portion stretching member relative to the electrode substrate is adjusted according to the state of the uncoated portion of the electrode substrate."
