MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441007334 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 2, 2024, for 'rock breaking device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A rock breaking device, comprising a housing 1 installed with a touch enabled screen 2 accessed by a user to input command regarding rock breaking positioned on ground surface, a microcontroller linked with screen 2 and activates a camera 3 installed on housing 1 for detecting rock exact location and actuates multiple omnidirectional wheels 4 installed underneath housing 1 for maneuvering and positioning in proximity to rock, a robotic art configured with drilling unit 6 installed on housing 1 for drilling multiple holes in rock, a first and second chamber 7, 8 dedicated towards storage of cracking agent and water for dispensing suitable amount of cracking agent and water in vessel 10, a motorized stirrer 12 installed within vessel 10 for mixing to obtain mixture, an electronic valve 13 installed on housing 1 via a two-axis lead screw arrangement 14 for dispensing mixture in drilled hole to break the rock."
