The system (100) comprises a RFID reader (102), a microcontroller (104) with subunits including an authentication subunit (104a) for validating identifiers with an encryption technique and dual authentication, a processing and control subunit (104b) for parallel execution of card reading, PIN verification, and communication tasks, a memory subunit (104c) for credential and transaction storage, an analytics subunit (104d) for generating operational insights and fraud detection, and a communication handling subunit (104e) for real-time GSM, GPRS, or HTTP data exchange. The method (200) performs reading, encrypted validation, dual authentication, parallel task execution, real-time display, and server synchronization. The disclosure enhances security, reduces latency, and supports large-scale multi-domain deployment."
