Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Reuse Of Products' Filed by Basf Se

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517084615 A) filed by Basf Se, Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany, on Sept. 5, for 'reuse of products.'

Inventor(s) include Dikmann, Thorsten; Jelich, Holger Kai Peter; Graf, Nicole; Herrera Garcia, Claudia Elena; Hannemann, Stefan; Wendling, Timo; and Schmidt, Michael-Georg.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The disclosure relates to the field of sustainability, in particular the re-use of products. Disclosed are methods, apparatuses, systems and re-use instructions or control data configured to control re-use of at least one used product such as at least one used tire as well as chemical input material(s) produced from the at least one used product such as at least one used tire by using the control data."
