The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A retrofit valve-train system (100) for an internal combustion engine is disclosed. The retrofit valve-train system (100) comprises a rocker arm (102) operatively coupled to a camshaft (110), a rocker pedestal (104) configured to support the rocker arm (102), a push rod assembly (300) operatively coupled to the rocker arm (102), a valve bridge (106) operatively coupled to at least one valve. at least one anti- dislocation structural feature configured to mechanically restrain displacement of the valve bridge (106) relative to the at least one valve under elevated load or high- speed operating conditions. An adjusting screw (108) disposed between the rocker arm (102) and the push rod assembly (300). Further, the adjusting screw (108) comprises a contoured contact interface configured to maintain an aligned load- transfer path between the rocker arm (102) and the push rod assembly (300) across an operating speed range of the internal combustion engine."
