MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517056582 A) filed by Nhk Spring Co. Ltd., Kanagawa, Japan, on June 12, for 'resin molding device, motor core manufacturing device, resin molding method, and motor core manufacturing method.'

The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A resin molding device according to the present disclosure comprises: a screw provided with an extrusion conveyance path through which a powder resin composition containing a thermosetting resin and supplied to an upstream side in a conveyance direction can be conveyed along the conveyance direction, a screw body that extends in the extrusion conveyance path along the conveyance direction with a prescribed gap between the screw body and an inner wall surface of the extrusion conveyance path, and a fin formed on an outer peripheral surface of the screw body; a molding device side heater that is capable of heating the powder resin composition being conveyed inside the extrusion conveyance path; a rotation device that rotates the screw in order to convey the powder resin composition along the conveyance direction while kneading the same to yield a resin kneaded body; and a jig that receives an annular resin material made of the resin kneaded body discharged through a discharge port provided on a downstream side in the conveyance direction of the extrusion conveyance path."
