MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441007843 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 5, 2024, for 'reinforcement bar cage strengthening device.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Pushparajesh V.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A reinforcement bar cage strengthening device comprises of a platform 1, a display panel 2 for enabling a user to input details, a storage chamber 3 assembled with a motorized roller 4 wrapped with an iron wire 5 for unwrapping the wire 5, a Peltier unit 6 for heating wire 5 and upon which wire 5 is passed out from chamber 3 via a slot 7, a speaker 9 for producing audible sounds as means of notifying user regarding positioning of bar over a calendar roller 8, an imaging unit 10 for capturing multiple images of platform 1, a motorized slider 11 for translating chamber 3 towards one end of bar and a pair of robotic arms 12 for wrapping free end of wire 5 over aid bar upon which calendar rollers 8 rotates bar that in turn aid in wrapping of wire 5 over bar."
