MUMBAI, India, Feb. 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511132769 A) filed by Adler Industrial Services Private Limited, Gurgaon, Haryana, on Dec. 28, 2025, for 'reciprocating conveyor system.'

Inventor(s) include Rahul Vaishnav.

The application for the patent was published on Feb. 6, under issue no. 06/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a reciprocating conveyor system (100) for inline feeding and transverse material distribution using a mechanical drive is disclosed. The system (100) comprises a variable voltage and frequency drive-controlled motor (102) coupled to a gearbox (104), the output shaft (108) of which carries a tetrapod disc (106) having multiple radially spaced holes (110a-d) for selective stroke length adjustment. A tie rod (112) with a turnbuckle (114) and spherical pin hinges (116) converts rotary motion of the tetrapod disc (106) into linear reciprocating motion of a conveyor (300) mounted on wheels (not shown) running over rails (304). The system receives material from a narrow upstream conveyor and uniformly distributes it across a wider downstream conveyor (400). Unlike hydraulic oscillating systems, the invention eliminates temperature-sensitive oil circuits and valve malfunctions, reduces energy consumption and maintenance, and provides precise control over stroke length and stroke frequency, making it robust and suitable for dusty, heavy-duty industrial environments."
