An intermediate bar (104) extends longitudinally from the hook (102) and forms a main twisting body of the apparatus (100). At least one finger grip (106) is mounted on the intermediate bar (104) to facilitate controlled manual rotation, and an end flexible grip (108) is disposed at an opposite end to provide palm support during operation. In use, a binding wire looped around reinforcement members is engaged by the hook (102), and manual rotation of the intermediate bar (104) twists and tightens the binding wire. The apparatus (100) is mechanically simple, manually operable, and suitable for rebar binding without requiring electrical power."
