The invention comprises a mobile application (102) operable on a rider's smartphone (103) having a camera module (107), GPS module (108), processor, and network interface, configured to capture encrypted video and location data. Said data is transmitted to a secure server (106) hosting an AI-based anomaly detection module (111), a monitoring and alerting subsystem (110), and an emergency alert module (112). Upon detection of anomalies such as abrupt stoppage, route deviation, or confrontation cues, the system generates alerts to designated contacts (109), including a live video link, real-time map, and escalation options.
