According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure provides a vehicle controlling system and method thereof. The system 100 and method 300 include a driver identification unit 101, an alcohol detection unit 102, a control unit 104, a storage unit 112, and a driver monitoring unit (DMU) 106 to perform many tasks. The driver identification unit 101 identifies an authorized driver. The alcohol detection unit 102 measures an alcohol content in a driver's sample. The DMU 106 monitors a driver profile in a real-time. Further, the control unit 104 is operably configured to allow a vehicle to start if the measured alcohol content is within a predefined threshold limit, assess a plurality of drive profile information received from the storage unit 112, the alcohol detection unit 102, and the DMU 106, and adjust dynamically the predefined threshold limit of the alcohol content required to crank the vehicle based on the assessment, when an unsafe driving pattern is detected."
