Abstract: The titled invention discloses a real-time sign language interpretation system for facilitating seamless communication between hearing and speech-impaired individuals and hearing individuals. The CAM module (1) captures sign language I 0 gestures, which are processed by the CN N processing module (3) for accurate gesture ·recognition. The recognized gestures are translated into corresponding text and speech outputs through the sign language translation module (7), text display module (6), and speech output module (5). The system further enables reverse communication by receiving spoken language through the microphone (4) and converting it into visual 15 sign language representations displayed on the TFT display (8). The invention provides a portable, low- cost, interpreter-independent, and real-time communication solution with improved accessibility, accuracy, and user convenience. The integration of computer vision, deep learning, speech processing, and embedded communication technologies enables efficient two- way communication and promotes social inclusion 20 for hearing and speech-impaired individuals.
