MUMBAI, India, Feb. 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541122634 A) filed by Easwari Engineering College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on Dec. 5, 2025, for 'real-time healthcare monitoring and emergency response system using iot sensors and vehicular networks.'

Inventor(s) include A. Bhagya Lakshmi; Jaganathan J; Mohin Kumar V S; and Prasanna Sai Kumar R.

The application for the patent was published on Feb. 6, under issue no. 06/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "RetCareNet is a real-time precision healthcare system that combines IoT wearable sensors, VANET communication networks, and RetNet-based analytics for emergency medical services. The system continuously 10 monitors, patient vitals through IoT devices. It sends data through VANET- enabled ambulances using the AODV protocol. It also processes information with RetNet for precise anomaly detection. Multi-Agent Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient algorithms manage hospital resources in realtime. The system achieves 97% diagnostic accuracy and 45-minute 15 | response times. It also has 95% resource use and 120 ms communication f delays. This performance is far better than traditional emergency £ healthcare systems. It provides secure, scalable, and efficient coordination of medical care."
