MUMBAI, India, Jan. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541122085 A) filed by Vellore Institute Of Technology, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, on Dec. 4, 2025, for 'real-time foundry environment monitoring system.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure provides a real-time foundry environment monitoring system comprising an STM32L452VEI6 microcontroller (1) as a central processing unit, environmental sensors for measuring temperature, humidity, and water level parameters, a wireless communication module for transmitting sensor data, a cloud server to receive transmitted data, a database for storing received data, a JWT authentication system for secure token-based access control, and a web-based dashboard interface providing real-time visualization of environmental parameters. The environmental sensors include a BME280 sensor for measuring temperature, humidity, and pressure via I2C communication, a JSN-SR04T ultrasonic sensor for measuring water levels via GPIO communication, and at least one INA219 power monitoring sensor for measuring voltage, current, and power consumption via I2C communication."
