MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411010355 A) filed by Rakuten Symphony, Inc., Tokyo, on Feb. 14, 2024, for 'real-time e2 traffic monitoring and control for near-rt ric platform.'
