MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541132991 A) filed by Rashmi T V, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Dec. 29, 2025, for 'real-time ai-driven precision dynamic target discovery and tailored therapeutics system.'

Inventor(s) include Rashmi T V.

The application for the patent was published on Jan. 9, under issue no. 02/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a real-time precision therapeutic intelligence system for dynamic discovery of therapeutic targets and generation of tailored therapeutic interventions. The system continuously acquires heterogeneous patient-associated data including physiological signals, molecular and biomarker information, clinical records, and therapeutic response indicators, and processes the data to construct an evolving patient state representation. An artificial intelligence inference processor dynamically infers biological and physiological states, while a target discovery unit identifies and reprioritizes therapeutic targets based on temporal relevance and observed response. A therapeutic optimization unit computes patient-specific therapeutic directives, which are iteratively refined through a closed-loop feedback control mechanism using real-time post-therapy response data. The system operates as an adaptive therapeutic control device capable of continuous learning and real-time personalization, thereby improving therapeutic precision, reducing response latency, and overcoming limitations of static target identification and fixed treatment protocols."
