MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641001870 A) filed by Sr University, Warangal, Telangana, on Jan. 7, for 'real-time agent-based artificial intelligence system for continuous software vulnerability prioritization.'
Inventor(s) include Kommareddy Prathyusha Reddy; and Dr. Jagjit Singh Dhatterwal.
The application for the patent was published on Jan. 23, under issue no. 04/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure provides a real-time agent-based artificial intelligence system (300) for continuous software vulnerability prioritization. The system (300) includes a data sources module (302) configured to continuously collect vulnerability-related data from a plurality of data sources. The system (300) further includes an agent-based intelligence framework (312) having a plurality of autonomous agents configured to communicate and collaborate through inter-agent communication protocols to maintain vulnerability rankings. The system (300) also includes a processing engine (322) having a real-time prioritization module (324) configured to dynamically compute vulnerability priority scores based on a plurality of vulnerability risk factors, and an adaptive learning module (326) configured to update prioritization based on historical prioritization decisions and feedback. The system (300) additionally includes an output interface (328) configured to generate outputs including at least one of prioritization explanations and real-time alerts for vulnerabilities."
