MUMBAI, India, April 17 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621023780 A) filed by Powerarch Technologies Ip Private Limited, Nagpur, Maharashtra, on Feb. 27, for 'quick-assembly mould system for superduct three-radius arch-shaped precast concrete conduits.'

Inventor(s) include Chetan Tryambakrao Pawar.

The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A modular steel mould assembly is provided for casting three-radius arch-shaped precast concrete conduits. The assembly comprises a datum bottom collar with locating features and dual-level seating to form one part of the tongue-and-groove joint profiles, lightweight stiffened modular inner and outer shutter segments defining the three-radius arch geometry, a top collar providing upper restraint and completing the complementary joint profile, a quick-lock coupler with tapered compression key for rapid vibration-resistant clamping of adjacent panels, and an alignment key for precise positioning during assembly. The system enables fast assembly and dismantling, high dimensional repeatability, reliable end-joint formation, minimized leakage during concreting, and efficient demoulding."
