According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Averagely 2.9 million people travel through bus in Chennai in which more than 60 percent are regular people of Chennai. Many of them need to carry baggage from one place to another place. The Property Management System (PMS) proposed herein is an innovative amalgamation of tenant, bus, and hotel management functionalities, designed to streamline property-related services for users. The sys'em comprises a user-friendly interface with distinct steps to ensure case (if navigation. Upon accessing the system, users encounter a login page, where existing - users can seamlessly log in without the need for additional sign-in procedures, while new users are directed to sign up using their email ID. Post-login, users are presented with three primary buttons on the main menu: bus, property deposit, and hotel. Selecting the bus option prompts users to input their origin and destination locations, along with reservation preferences. Subsequently, the system displays available bus options and provides information on nearby property deposit centers and hotels along the route, catering to diverse travel needs. Opting for the hotel option leads users to input their location and reservation preferences, with the system suggesting suitable hotels based on these inputs. Additionally, users' are provided with ' information on room rates darby transportation options, including buses available near the 'selected hotel, facilitating convenient accommodation arrangements. Choosing the property deposit option prompts users to enter their current and destination locations, with the system displaying relevant property deposit centers. Furthermore, users are provided with information on nearby buses and hotels, streamlining the process of temporarily storing belongings. Overall, the proposed PMS offers a comprehensive solution to property management, integrating tenant, bus, and hotel management functionalities into a cohesive system. By providing a user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation, the system aims to enhance user convenience and efficiency in property-related transactions."
