MUMBAI, India, April 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202647036357 A) filed by Qualcomm Incorporated, San Diego, on March 25, for 'profiling and signaling for clutter doppler characteristics in rf sensing.'
Inventor(s) include Hirzallah, Mohammed Ali Mohammed; Yerramalli, Srinivas; and Zorgui, Marwen.
The application for the patent was published on April 10, under issue no. 15/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "In some implementations, a configuring device may send, to a sensing node set comprising one or more sensing nodes communicatively coupled with a wireless network, a sensing configuration, wherein the sensing configuration is configured to enable the sensing node set to perform a radio frequency (RF) sensing procedure and obtain clutter Doppler measurement information of the geographical area based at least in part on the RF sensing procedure. The configuring device may receive, from the sensing node set the clutter Doppler measurement information. The configuring device may determine a profile of the clutter Doppler characteristics of the geographical area based at least in part on the clutter Doppler measurement information."
The patent application was internationally filed on Nov. 06, 2024, under International application No.PCT/US2024/054660.
