MUMBAI, India, May 30 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517043917 A) filed by Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Next Company, Inc., Tokyo, on May 6, for 'production method for 1-alkyl-5-hydroxypyrazole.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention pertains to a production method with which it is possible to easily obtain 1-alkyl-5-hydroxypyrazole by reacting an alkyl hydrazine and a dialkyl amino acrylic ester as shown in reaction formula A. (Reaction formula A) (In the formula, R1, R2, and R3 each independently represent a C1-C6 alkyl group, R4 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C2-C6 alkenyl group, a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group, or an aryl group, and each of these groups is optionally substituted with a halogen, a hydroxyl group, an alkoxy group, or a C1-C6 alkyl group.)."
