Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Product Experience Device And Program That Executes Same' Filed by Alice Style, Inc.

MUMBAI, India, July 25 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517066318 A) filed by Alice Style, Inc., Tokyo, on July 11, for 'product experience device and program that executes same.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "[Problem] To provide a product experience provision device and a program with which, in regard to product targets, it is possible to heighten the power of appealing to users who view a virtual reality video and experience or buy/sell a virtual product. [Solution] This product experience provision device comprises: a storage unit for storing a virtual space that is constructed in the Internet, a product object in the virtual space that corresponds to a product present in a real space, product information that is associated with information pertaining to the product object (product object information), and proprietor information indicating acknowledgment of a proprietor of one or both of the product object and the product; an object provision unit that provides the product object and a user object in the virtual space, in association with a user terminal in the real space, so that the product object and user object can be displayed on a display unit of the user terminal; a product experience provision unit that provides the product object so that the product object can be used in a virtual space that the user terminal can access, when there is a request relating to one or both of the product object and the product from the user terminal in the real space; and a product-object-remuneration-imparting unit that imparts a prescribed remuneration to the proprietor of the product object and corresponding product in accordance with a user request from the user terminal within a prescribed period."
