Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Process For The Preparation Of 4 Chloro 2 (Trifluoromethyl)Phenyl Grignard Compound And Derivatives Thereof' Filed by Basf Agro B. V.

MUMBAI, India, June 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517045146 A) filed by Basf Agro B. V., Arnhem, Netherlands, on May 9, for 'process for the preparation of 4 chloro 2 (trifluoromethyl)phenyl grignard compound and derivatives thereof.'

Inventor(s) include Frassetto Timo; Alznauer Christiane; Saelinger Daniel; and Vogt Florian.

The application for the patent was published on June 13, under issue no. 24/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a process for providing 4 chloro 2 (trifluoromethyl)phenyl Grignard compound.
