MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411025945 A) filed by Morepen Laboratories Limited, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, on March 29, 2024, for 'process for the preparation and purification of crystalline resmetirom.'
Inventor(s) include Tanwar Madan Pal; Verma Gian Chand; and Suri Sanjay.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an efficient process for the preparation and purification of crystalline resmetirom.
