MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441016500 A) filed by Biocon Limited, Bangalore, Karnataka, on March 7, 2024, for 'process for preparation of adagrasib.'
Inventor(s) include Aswathanarayanappa, Chandrashekar; Matti, Lankeswararao; and Pananchukunnath, Manoj Kumar.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention provides a novel intermediate of Adagrasib and its process for preparation. The present invention also relates to process for the preparation of Adagrasib and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof."
