The system includes an Input Layer for behavioural and organizational data acquisition, a Processing Layer for psychometric scaling, normalization, weighting, and behavioural modelling, a Mediation Layer for calculating indirect behavioural effects through constructs such as employee engagement and competitive advantage, and an Output Layer for producing a composite BSI score, sub-indices, and predictive performance analytics. The invention integrates behavioural science, structural equation modelling, and machine learning, and includes a dynamic feedback mechanism that continuously updates the BSI. The invention provides a scalable and predictive method for measuring behavioural sustainability and its contribution to."
