MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521134077 A) filed by Qual Eye Technology Private Limited, Durg, Chattisgarh, on Dec. 31, 2025, for 'process and system for automated quality assessment using controlled motion and image-based analysis.'
Inventor(s) include Mr. Krishna Rathi; Mr. Saurabh Srivastava; and Mr. Pushkar Verma.
The application for the patent was published on Feb. 13, under issue no. 07/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence based Process and system for automated, objective, and repeatable quality assessment of physical products at an individual unit level. The system integrates engineered motion control, adaptive high-resolution imaging, and AI-driven profiling and classification to generate 360-degree digital representations of each unit under inspection. In a preferred embodiment, the invention performs kernel-by-kernel quality evaluation of agricultural commodities by identifying defects, impurities, damage, and foreign matter, and generates structured, traceable reports in real time. The modular architecture further enables adaptation to manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and FMCG applications for automated inspection of parts, dosage units, and packaged goods. The invention reduces manual intervention, improves accuracy and reproducibility, and supports regulatory compliance, traceability, and scalable deployment across industries."
