Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Preform, Method For Producing Resin Container, And Device For Producing Resin Container' Filed by Nissei Asb Machine Co. Ltd.

MUMBAI, India, Aug. 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517067873 A) filed by Nissei Asb Machine Co. Ltd., Nagano, Japan, on July 16, for 'preform, method for producing resin container, and device for producing resin container.'

Inventor(s) include Komiyama Tomokazu; Ogihara Manabu; Nagasaki Atsushi; and Usami Masayuki.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 1, under issue no. 31/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided is a preform (20) for producing a resin container that includes a container neck part, a container body part, and a container bottom part, said preform comprising an annular neck part (21) that constitutes the container neck part and a body part (22) that constitutes the container body part and the container bottom part, wherein the angle (?) formed by the central axis (X) of the neck part (21) and the body part (22) is 80-100."
