The method also includes determining (604) a confidence level of each of the plurality of cells based on the corresponding plurality of KPIs and historical data associated with the corresponding cell. The method further includes aggregating (606), for each of the plurality of cells, the plurality of KPIs received over a predefined time duration, wherein the predefined time duration is based on the confidence level of the associated cell. Moreover, the method includes identifying (608) a network anomaly within at least one cell among the plurality of cells based on the corresponding confidence level, the corresponding aggregated plurality of KPIs, and a location of a user equipment (UE) associated with the corresponding cell."
