MUMBAI, India, May 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641043538 A) filed by Arunachala College Of Engineering For Women, Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, on April 6, for 'power spot wireless energy sharing between smartphones.'

Power Spot provides a practical s~lution by allowing one ceno smartphone with sufficient battery to share a portion of its power with another nearby smartphone r-- wirelessly. The system uses wireless power transfer and reverse charging technology, along with secure ~ device pairing through NFC or Bluetooth, to establish a safe connection between devices. Once the phones co are placed close together, energy transfer begins and is managed by smart safety controls such as battery N o sharing limits, automatic cut-off, and battery monitoring to protect device health. By enabling direct power sharing between devices, this invention helps people stay connected, improves convenience in daily life."
