Inventor(s) include Amrit Singh; Sandeep Dalmia; Umashankar Shanmugaraj; and Ankur Goyal.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 31, under issue no. 44/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Described herein is an actuator assembly [112] of an MCCB [100]. The MCCB [100] comprising a plurality of pole assemblies [102] employing a stationary contact unit [118], a rotary contact unit [120], and a common drive shaft [132] extending through the rotary contact unit [120] of each of the plurality of pole assemblies [102]. The actuator assembly [112] comprises an operating mechanism [200], a pair of side frame members [124], the actuating lever [202] and the operating mechanism [200] both pivotally installed onto the pair of side frame members [124]. The actuating lever [202] comprises the pair of extension portions [202c] defining the tapered end [202d]. In event of welding between the stationary and rotary contact unit [118, 120], upon manipulation of the actuating lever [202], the tapered end [202d] abuts against a connecting shaft portion [130], restricting travel of the actuating lever [202], indicating ON position of MCCB [100]."
